If you want to delete or remove any cookies already stored on your computer that keep a track of your browsing patterns, you can do so by deleting your existing cookies. Google Chrome (Mobile site):
Step 1: Click on the three-dots icon at the top right of your browser and select “History” from the menu.
Step 2: Click “Clear browsing data”.
Step 3: Choose “Basic/Advanced” and then select the time frame for which you would like to delete your cookies. If you want to delete all cookies, select “All time”.
Step 4: Check the boxes next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”.
Step 5: Double check your selections to make sure that other items you want to keep are not selected, and then hit “Clear data” to apply your settings”.
Mozilla Firefox:
Step 1:
i) Click on the three-dots icon at the top right of your browser and select “Settings” from the menu. Go to “Privacy & Security” and scroll down to “History”.
ii) or Press CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE at the same time and a new window will appear, allowing you to delete your browser history. (this step is applicable to all browsers)
Step 2: Click “Clear History” and then select the time frame for which you would like to delete your cookies. If you want to delete all cookies, select “Everything”.
Step 3: Check the boxes next to “Cookies” and “Cache”.
Step 4: Double check your selections to make sure that other items you want to keep are not selected, and then hit “OK” to apply your settings”.
